In June 1999,Shengda Wooden Products Co.Ltd became the first one in china getting ISO9001 Certificate.According to international quality management system,every piece out of Shengda factories has passed the scrupulous test,which garantees that consumers can get high quality products.In January 2003,Shengda became the first one getting China Inspection Free Products Certificate. 　　Guarantee time:15 years against wear and fading.This quality laminate flooring is guaranteed for 15 years not to fade,wear through or stain.This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and proof of purchase is required for all claims.The guarantee is for replacement or refund of the laminate material only,not including labor.The guarantee does not cover chipping or scratching(laminate will chip or scratch if sharp objects are dropped on it or dragged across it),warping(laminate will warp if excessive moisture infiltrates into the boards )or bridging(which is caused by insufficient expansion space).We will not consider any claims for these problems.Claim for wear must show a minimum dime size area.This guarantee is pro-rated based on the length of time since the floor has been installed.So if you have claim after 10 years,we would refund of replace 1/10 of the laminate flooring's value.
