1.Regulations for Service Image
(1)Requirements about dressing:Uniforms assigned Shengda Company should
be worn and they should be kept clean and neat.
(2)Wear certificates at work:The staff should wear at their left chests
the working certificates,which are issued to them by the trade or
the company after their passing related exams.
(3)Personal image:Neat haircut,appropriate dressing and proper hygiene
are required.
2.Rrgulations fo Equipment Image
(1)Outitting:Fit out the equipment according to the standards of
the company,that is,good image,professionatism and integrlity.
(2)Use:Use the tools and instruments properly to ensure the quality
of installation service.
(3)Maintenance:Clean the tools and instruments every day and conduct
their maintenance regularly.
3.Regulations for Installation Image
(1)Free carrying:While workers go together with products,principly
free carrying.
(2)Worksite materials:Stacking must be in good order and norm.stacking
and putting in disorder are prohibited.
(3)Installation cleanly and neat.
(4)Use electricity safely:Plug-in unit and socket should be in good
condition,pulling and connection wrongly are prohibited.
(5)Rest during work time:Put scattered floorboard into box,put tools
in order.
(6)Neighbour factor:Avoid noise and rubbish influencing other persons'life.
(7)Cleaning after finishing installation:The room must be absolutely
clean,and finally receive user's authorization by signature.
(8)Refuse reception:Refuse suer's reception,strctly fobid demanding
property.
(9)Service culture:Propagate company's idea,disseminate service
culture.
