IN 1994,the first wood-flooring factory was built in
Chengdu. In 1997,an imported production line was introduced to
China and located in the second factory of Shengda. In
1998,Shengda flooring started to export. In 1998,Shengda was
appointed as the Deputy Chairman of China Association for
Forestry Industry because of its outstanding progress
with wooden products. In 1998,Shengda was elected as vice
director of China Association for Flooring
Industry because of its great success in the flooring
market. In 1999,Shengda became the first one to get
ISO9001 certificate among flooring manufacturers
in China. In 1999,shengda flooring were appointed as the
Prequalified Products of National Construction
Materials. In 2000,Shengda became the first one to get
ISO14001 certificate among flooring producers in China. In
2000,Shengda was granted as China Environment Symbol
Products. In 2001,Shengda flooring has been listed in
UNITED NATIONS COMMON SUPPLY
DATABASE(UNCSD). In 2001,Shengda became a
member of the International Network for Bamboo and
Rattan(INBAR).
In 2002,the fifth and largest
bamboo-flooring factory was bulit in the Duty Free Zone of
Shanghai.
In 2002,Shengda became a member of World Flooring
Covering Association(WFCA)and National Wood
Floor Association(NWFA) In 2003,Shengda became
the first one getting China Inspection Free Products
Certificate among flooring producers in China. In
2004,Shengda flooring won prize of BestBuy Flooring
2003 and Best-Exporter 2003 in China
by Domotex.
